Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching helps successful professionals further their development, unlock potential, and catalyze lasting change. I coach using the Stakeholder Centered Coaching Methodology created by Marshall Goldsmith, the world’s #1 executive coach who has worked with 1 in 3 CxOs in the Fortune 500. The methodology is research-backed, measurement-based, and has been used with tens of thousands of leaders globally.

The term “stakeholder” comes in because it won’t be just you and me in this process. You will identify and regularly engage with set of key colleagues who are directly impacted by your leadership goal. Their perspectives inform your growth, which ensures you attain your goal and are recognized and acknowledged for improvement.

The Professional Reset Difference

I’ve been a corporate leader, so I understand the constant pressure you are under and how that adds to the challenge of leadership development. I’ll get you and what you are going through in the way that only someone who’s been there can.

How it Works

Set a Goal

You will select a leadership behavior to improve based on self-reflection and 360-degree input from stakeholders. The most common behaviors I coach can be found here.

Follow the Process

We work together for 6 to 12 months and follow a simple methodology. Simple doesn’t mean it is easy, but it has been tested with tens of thousands of leaders in small and large companies and generates proven results.

Measure Results

Your growth will be measured in a short mini-survey of key stakeholders at the mid-point and end. Because the people who matter most at work are your peers, direct reports, and managers, it is up to them—not me—if you improve.
